An unhappy farmer threatens the U.S. Treasury Department building by parking his tractor full of explosives nearby. He is claiming to speak to the president for losing his three generation’s farm. Lightman has to figure out whether the threat is real or not. Meanwhile, Loker has to bear down with a group of third graders in a field trip stuck in the Lightman Group offices, due to the possible bomb threat nearby.
